SPH series self priming pumps are joint designed by Tongke Flow technical team. The new design is different from the traditional self priming pumps, the pump can be dry running at any time, it can fast automatic start up and restart. First start without feeding liquid to the pump casing, the suction head will be running on high efficiency. It is over than 20% compare to the normal self priming pumps.

SPH series high efficiency self priming pumping is usually drive by motor. This series of pump can transport all kinds of used for pure. Slightly polluted and aggressive liquid with a viscosity of up to 150 mm2/s, solid particles less than 75mm.

●Other technical requirements

1.Self-priming system: The pump is equipped with an independent vacuum suction system.
2.The pump and motor are installed on the common base. The pump outlet is equipped with pipelines, valves, flow meter, pressure gauge, gate valve, check valve, the vacuum self-suction part of the pump and the pump operate simultaneously.
3.The pump inlet is equipped with an inlet short pipe and an air-water separation device.
4.Pump-matched elastic safety coupling and protective cover
5.The control system provides soft start, pressure and flow indication, as well as other motor protection according to the requirements of the motor. Relevant instruments and indicator lights are provided according to the motor wiring diagram. (The interface of the control cabinet and the indicator lights of the related instruments are set as Chinese-English or English.)
